If appropriate, the correspondence will be read at the next meeting, any comments will be recorded and a reply will be forwarded to the author if required.
The Community Council also discuss small grants available to local groups and organisations and all funding applications have to be submitted in writing enclosing a balance sheet to the Financial Officer by the end of February so as to enable the Council to discuss the applications in the March meeting each year.
